I attended the “Own Your Worth: Elicit The CEO Within” workshop by Nalini. Afterwards, I approached her with an idea that I wasn’t totally confident saying out loud. It was kind of a wild idea, but I wanted to explore it.
I’ve told my friends how much Nalini helped me in the early days putting pen to paper, helping me finalize a business plan, back of the napkin financials and prepped to pitch to investors.
It was great meeting and chatting with you at the Goldman Sachs Analyst Orientation event yesterday. Your presentation on creating good habits (and the neuroscience behind it!) was both fascinating and inspiring. I feel very motivated to be more intentional about my own habits!

Nalini understood how serious our need was for primary research and a primer to help elected officials appreciate the unique concerns of our industry sector, hospitality in New York during the first year of COVID. Nalini deployed all her resources, and her team designed a methodology that included conducting research by reaching out to our membership, all small business owners who were hard-pressed to find time to cooperate.
