Nalini’s skills as a trainer were recognized early in her career by The New York Times and she has received a series of awards for her excellence in teaching. Furthermore, she provides workshops on professional development at the Athena Center for Leadership. Her skill in creating a safe space for her clients to do the hard work of taking an internal dive to manifest outward their ambition, along with her insightful and strategic leadership, garners her special skill in effecting personal transformations.
Nalini’s industry experience includes financial services, law firms, K-12 public education, healthcare, consumer products, consumer and business services, and retail. Nalini has offered workshops, analyst and management trainings, executive education, and one-on-one executive coaching to professionals across these industries. Her skills in instruction and talent development are sought out by senior managers as well as by burgeoning professionals. She applies science, ethics, and business savvy in positioning her clients to succeed.
Nalini earned her BA in Neuroscience & Behavior from Barnard College, Columbia University and her MBA in Strategy, Leadership & Ethics, and Brand Marketing from The Fuqua School of Business, Duke University.
Saurabh brings to Elicit fifteen years of visionary leadership and high level corporate achievement. Just as importantly, Saurabh possesses a wide range of interpersonal skills, which he is able to transmit to others through his charisma and strengths as a teacher. Over the course of his career, Saurabh has transformed a myriad of challenging situations into successes.
His industry experience includes demanding management consulting assignments for Accenture and executive-level operations work for Time Warner, Inc. He has successfully guided stakeholders to embrace the benefits of difficult change. Saurabh has led teams through challenging transition with his persuasiveness and business acumen. Saurabh’s reputation for creativity, team building, goal orientation and tenacity is well known and embraced across his network, which routinely relies on him for challenging assignments.
Saurabh earned a Bachelor's degree from Columbia University and an MBA from NYU Stern. Saurabh is a member of Mensa, the International High IQ Society.
Blazo has over 12 years of experience in the investment management field providing impartial financial advice to international clientele. Many of his clients are families leading privately owned businesses in a broad range of industries including entertainment, communications, new media, and technology. He has a strong understanding of investments, banking and international trust concepts. As his clients' trusted banker he also advises these entrepreneurial families on philanthropy, family governance, building family teams, and succession planning.
Blazo began his professional career as an entrepreneur and a co-founding member of a management consulting firm, Metro Strategy, that helps businesses reduce their indirect operating costs. His responsibility included developing and implementing a growth and marketing strategy.
Blazo received his MBA from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business, and earned his BA in International Business from American InterContinental University.
Desiree comes to Elicit with a background in healthcare advertising. Her experience includes creating a robust social media campaign for a dental practice in midtown Manhattan, as well as researching competitive market trends in social media as related to marketing to healthcare professionals. Her strong interest for driving effective social media campaigns, specifically, in the entrepreneurial space, has led her to embark on exciting projects at Elicit. Desiree plans to pursue her MBA in order to integrate her healthcare background with investment research.
Desiree holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of San Francisco.
A.J. brought his knack for detail and love of the writing process to bear on drafting the Elicit business plan. A “listen first” attitude enabled him to understand and identify with the company’s mission and vision for the future. He also provides operational support on projects needed to help Elicit expand beyond its current growth phase. A.J.’s background is in credit analysis and corporate treasury with industry experience in leisure, consumer products, and oil and gas.
A.J. holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Villanova University and an MBA from Yale University.
Ashley Lentz, MS, MEd, ACSM
Physiological Image Consultant
Ashley has been in the health and wellness industry for over 10 years in several fitness-related disciplines, including front line personal training and class instruction, fitness education, team leadership and executive level management. Originally from Kansas, Ashley has led several teams of personal trainers and group fitness instructors in addition to teaching collegiate-level exercise science classes. She relocated to New York City last year and currently oversees two fitness facilities in Manhattan. Ashley is the regional representative for Fitness Education Network, providing certification and continuing education workshops for the American College of Sports Medicine. Ashley holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, a Master's degree in Environmental Science and a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology. Ashley is certified through the ACSM as an Exercise Physiologist and Cancer Exercise Trainer.
While the majority of her time is spent on team leadership and program/budget development, Ashley retrains several personal clients, specializing in active aging and exercise for cancer survivors.
Sartorial Image Consultant for Women
Cary Jackson comes to Elicit with 15 years of experience in fashion and lifestyle. Having worked for brands from Alberta Ferretti, Vera Wang, and currently at Worth, Cary offers her styling expertise to women. Cary has offered effective styling solutions to thousands of professional women across industries and stages of their careers. Cary brings to Elicit a partnership with W by Worth: she offers a consultation followed by styling to women interested in developing their wardrobes to match their professional needs and aspirations.
Cary is trained as a personal stylist and previously served as Head of Wholesale at Vera Wang for 6 years. She holds a BA in Merchandising.
Physiological Image Consultant
Diane brings her years of experience in both personal training and advertising (running media strategy for Ralph Lauren) to the Elicit Consulting team, giving her a unique perspective with balancing corporate success with optimal health. Above all, Diane understands that confidence – at its core, both professionally and physically – is a key ingredient to success both in and outside of the workplace.
Diane is a skilled physiological image consultant specializing in posture, flexibility, and everyday life challenges that are improved through exercise and body awareness. Diane advises clients on posture, gait, and carriage emphasizing the importance of conveying confidence and strength, not only in the work environment but also in every day life experiences.
Diane is successfully raising two teenagers, and is a role model for her own family. Diane graduated St. John’s University, Bachelor of Arts Political Science Her American Academy of Personal Training Certifications include: Pre/Post Natal, Integrated Stretch Certified, TRX Certified Instructor, Kettle Bell Concepts Level I.
Mariem brings to Elicit expertise in project management using critical thinking and six sigma. She has led projects in Manufacturing, Supply chain, Quality management, Human Resources, Product Development, and Sales across industries and sectors in global enterprises headquartered in North Africa. Mariem's management skills were tested and honed while handling challenging situations in industrial as well as agricultural companies. She quickly rose to top management and earned her stripes while restructuring a multimillion company to return it to profitability. She learned how to become a real team player and motivate her team to surpass expectations and achieve impressive results.
Committed to and fascinated by business dynamics, Mariem is an aspiring entrepreneur who plans to pursue graduate studies in New York City. Mariem has a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Al Akhawayn University of Ifrane in Morocco.
Mira came to Elicit with an interest in creative business strategies after having worked with an intergovernmental organization, nonprofit, publication, and media outlet. These diverse experiences helped her identify not only what the strengths of each platform could be, but also how she could have a role in promoting their growth. Alongside her work experiences, Mira is interested in research on the links between artists and markets and the implications for labor economics.
A current junior at Barnard College, Columbia University majoring in visual arts and economics, Mira hopes to pursue graduate work in modern art and business.
Autumn brings to Elicit experience in conducting research, thinking outside the box, and pursuing alternative financing sources in various environments. She has worked on educational projects with schools, community centers and prisons and planned fundraising events. Her formative training has been with nonprofit organizations in the US, Singapore, and China. Autumn's personal interests include Chinese traditional music, piano and cognitive dog training.
Autumn is currently a junior at Barnard College, Columbia University, and aspires to enhance her business training to eventually lead a nonprofit organization.
